Resilience is Propaganda explores the remnants of flooding and what’s left behind. This work reflects on how ‘resilience’ has become a tool used by politicians to deflect accountability, and how citizens have to leave behind essentials such clothing and shoes to survive natural disasters.

This piece ties together with the artist book Trillion Scandal and an ongoing research paper about the Trillion Peso March in the Philippines, under the lens of memory and performance.
