Co&Lee is a Boston-based artist duo composed of artists DBCO and SangBin Lee. Working across site-specific installations, ceramics and artist books, they examine the relationship between Space – whether physical or digital – and Self, and the practices of care or exploitation that comes with exchange. Drawing inspiration from their cultural upbringing and experiences navigating disability and grief, they explore how bodies engage with power and performativity. They are drawn to objecthood and to multiples as a response to human obsession and labour; and find their artistic practice to be the manifestation of their struggles and dreams.

The duo both received their MFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University. They are recipients of the Hamburg Art Residency, the Montague Travel Grant, the Domestic Travel Grant, and the Tufts Graduate Research Competition Award. They have exhibited in the US, Germany and the Philippines.
